Cooked rice – 3 cups
Onion, finely chopped – 2 medium

Carrot, finely chopped – 1 medium
Finely chopped green pepper – 1 medium
Chopped cabbage – 1/4 medium
Sliced ​​green onions – 2 stalks
Oil – 4 tablespoons
3 – 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped

White pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Light Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
White vinegar – 1/2 tablespoon
