To prepare it, add nettle tea and thyme to a pot of hot water and let it steep for eight to 12 hours. Then filter the tea, add honey to the liquid, and heat it on the stove to make a soda syrup. Combine with soda water, and add lemon juice and ice to make nettle tea soda.
