Just a regular baking sheet or muffin pan. If you have a donut tray, that’s great too. Coconut coating is everything! Very decadent and sweet, so there’s no need to drown the cakes in the glaze unless you want a high sugar content. Spray enough to lightly coat the mini muffins. Sprinkle some shredded coconut on top and be proud that you made it into a vegan muffin!
