Do you like baking or cooking? Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese Company announces 20th Anniversary Recipe Contest 2022 and invites home chefs and food professionals to submit their favorite original recipes featuring Crave Brothers cheeses for a chance to win cash prizes. All entries must be submitted by midnight on Monday, March 21, 2022.
Home chefs, food professionals, and culinary students are encouraged to submit recipes in any of the following three categories: appetizer/side dish (including salads) main entree, and/or dessert using any one or more Crave Brothers Farmstead cheese including fresh mozzarella mascarpone, chocolate mascarpone, farmer’s/Oaxaca rope chain cheese, and cheddar cordos. Contest entrants may enter a maximum of three entries and may enter the same category more than once. First, second, and third prizes will be awarded in the Home Cooking and Food Professionals divisions with prizes over $4,000.
“Cheese brings people together and we can’t think of a better way to start our 20th anniversary than by collecting new recipes that will provide inspiration, comfort and fun for cheese lovers everywhere,” said George Crave, founder of Crave Brothers.
To qualify, entrants must include a printed recipe that produces 6-8 servings and a photo of the final recipe. Upon entry, all recipes and images become the property of Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese LLC and may be used in future promotions and social media at the company’s discretion. Recipes will be judged by a professional panel using criteria for creativity, presentation, flavor and innovative use of Crave Brothers cheese.
